I’ve had the pleasure and honor of working with Linda on multiple musical theatre productions. I am
continually amazed by the results Linda is able to help her students achieve. Linda’s passion for teaching
is truly inspiring. She makes studying voice fun, stress-free, and promotes a wonderfully positive
For the past few years Linda has brought me in as a guest teacher for summer musical theatre master
classes. There have been numerous times where my jaw has hit the floor as I’ve witnessed the progress a
student has made during a year of studying with Linda. The transformations from shy beginning singers to
confident skilled artists is a thing of beauty.
From classical sopranos to musical theatre belters, and from budding pop stars to jazz song stylists, Linda
will teach you a healthy, sustainable singing technique that is sure to help you improve your technique and
love of singing!

My children have been seeing Dr. Linda Venable for over 3 years.  She has taken great care in safely
developing their young, developing voices. She has a positive approach to teaching and has a way of
making her students feel very comfortable.   Linda Venable also teaches them how to protect their voices
when they are performing in demanding situations.  Her lessons and advice are of the highest quality.  I
recommend that any age, or any level that loves to sing seek her instruction.

Dr. Venable (Linda) is a teacher of the highest caliber.  Her inexhaustible positivism keeps her students
motivated and engaged. Linda's teaching heart takes students on a developmental journey to reach their
own potential. Each student learns about their unique instrument and how to healthily use it. She
instinctively individualizes instruction to meet her student's personal interests and goals.  My children are
well informed about using and protecting their voices under the demands of rigorous theater, solo, and
choir performances.  Linda's skill and dedication is unmatched.  Linda is recommended without reservation
to any person or family seeking vocal instruction.

Linda Venable is a wonderful vocal instructor.  My daughters have improved vocally from her instruction.
She is constantly challenging them with music that will help them grow.  She not only helps them with vocal
technique, but also with audition and performance preparation.  Most importantly, they feel comfortable
with Linda.

First off, I miss you.  It’s sad to think I won’t see you at least once a week anymore.  But, I love it here.  I
want to thank you for everything you’ve ever taught me and for helping me throughout the years.  You’ve
been one of, if not the biggest influence in my life, especially with voice and musical theatre in general.
You’ve always believed in me and pushed me to be better than I ever imagined I could be.  I know I
wouldn't be here right now if it were not for you.  You’re one of the reasons I get to live out my dream.
Thank you for believing in me.  Thank you for never giving up on me.  Thank you for pushing me, and
giving me the opportunities you have.  I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done.

Time for a shoutout to the most incredible vocal coach anyone could ever ask for: Linda Venable. She is
so unbelievably supportive, I can honestly say I have never heard her say anything bad about anything or
anyone in my entire life. I would not be nearly the singer or performer I am today if it wasn't for her. She
has always been positive, encouraging, and supportive. She has gotten me through every vocal crisis from
auditioning with pneumonia to attacking classical voice. I have no idea what I would do without her. Just
yesterday I was sitting at my piano crying because I couldn't sing something. Then after my lesson today I
actually felt confident in the same song I couldn't sing the night before. She is truly a miracle worker.
Without her training and guidance, I don't even want to know where I would be now. I want to thank her so
much for everything. She is the greatest and is responsible for a huge part of what has made me the
performer I am today.
